What you can send us

The site lets you call, text, or email the shop. It does not create an account, and it does not keep a copy of the repair form.

If you use Call, your own phone places the call. If you use Text the shop, your messaging app opens. If you fill out the repair form and choose Text this, the site puts your name, device, the problem you selected, any note you wrote, and your number if you typed one, into a text. Your phone sends that text to (435) 767-7659. After it sends, the message is on your phone and on the shop phone, the same as any other text.

If you email the shop, that message stays in the shop inbox so we can answer you. Calls, texts, and emails are kept on the shop phone and in the shop email so the repair can be scheduled and finished.

What we do with it

We use the details you send to reply, quote a repair, and do the work. We do not sell personal information. We do not give it to advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list because you opened this site.

Visits to the site

The company that hosts the site may record ordinary technical details of a visit, such as an IP address, browser type, and which page was opened, in order to run and protect the site.

The type on these pages is loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to fetch those font files. Google describes that request in its own policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

A published page may also load a file from grok.com so the site can show that it was built with Grok.

We do not set tracking cookies, and we do not run an advertising pixel on this site.

How long messages stay

Texts and emails remain on the shop phone and in the shop inbox until we delete them. Call or email us if you want a message about you removed. We can delete what we still have. A text that stays in your own phone is yours to delete.

Children

This site is for people arranging a repair. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child sent us a message, call or email and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will replace this page and the date at the top will change.
